Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you make your payment.

We currently offer delivery to most cities, towns, and rural areas across the US. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements or issue a full refund.

· Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, etc.)

· Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details or failure to accept delivery, the package will be subject to a restocking fee, the amount of which will be determined based on the specific case. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

SweetGrass Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If your tracking shows your package has been delivered and you haven’t received it, we recommend:

· Checking with neighbors or your building security

· Contacting the courier directly

Return Request Window

You may notify us of a request for return of your item(s) within 3 days of receiving your order, and we expect the customers to return the product shortly.

Please note:

· Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

· Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered

Out of Stock Items

If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will hold the entire order until all items are available for dispatch.

If you wish to receive the available items sooner, please contact our support team to arrange partial shipping (additional charges may apply).

 

Import Duty and Taxes

Currently, SweetGrass Clothing Co. ships only within the United States. However, in case we expand internationally, any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
