• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Customer provides return shipping
• 10% restocking fee applies
• No final sale items eligible for return

 

Eligible Return Conditions

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Product Delivered

· If you received an item different from what you ordered.

2. Damaged Product Upon Delivery

· If your product arrives in a damaged condition due to handling or transit.

To request a return under these conditions, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team. Kindly provide:

· Order number

· Clear images or videos of the product and packaging

· A brief description of the issue

If we find the product is eligible for return, we confirm with the customer and expect the refund shortly.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

We do NOT accept returns under the following conditions:

· Incorrect size selection, fit preferences, or sizing assumptions after delivery.
· Failure to follow sizing guidance provided in the product description.
· Change of mind after purchase.
· Worn, altered, washed, or used apparel after delivery.
· Intimate wear items.
· Final sale items.

Please ensure approved return items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

 

Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

· The refund will be processed using your original method of payment (UPI, net banking, or the card used during checkout).

· Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund procedure.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). It will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
